Karen is ridiculous. I'm fairly certain she would bail me out of jail if I called her.
Jokes aside, the arrangement was out of this world. On top of it her shear determination to find the rouge address I sent cannot be understated.
For real, I hope she doesn't go a day feeling underappreciated.
What she creates and delivers is much bigger than flowers.

We were super happy with Petal Palace and the arrangement they delivered. We ordered the “standard” size arrangement, but honestly, it looked like a “deluxe” size when it was delivered to our niece - definitely exceeded our expectations! Ordering online was easy and we appreciated the confirmation email both at ordering and after delivery. The prices are reasonable and Karen is super communicative and responsive. We love using a local florist and highly recommend Petal Palace!

I just rec’d a bouquet of flowers and they are really beautiful!!! Karen from Petal Palace Floral not only sent me a text and photo when she left the flowers at my front door but also texted a photo to my sister (she sent the flowers) to let her know that they had been delivered. Thanks for the special attention to detail and great communication on top of a really lovely flower arrangement!!
